Thank you for visiting our terms and conditions page. The terms and conditions here apply to the use of this website, placing orders, competitions and promotions. By using this Website you are agreeing to be bound by the appropriate terms and conditions.



We reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability. Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Bouquet contents may be harmful if eaten or cause skin irritation – please contact us if you require further information before submitting an order. Please be aware most lilies are considered toxic to cats and caution should be taken. Certainly the following varieties are known to be poisonous: The Easter Lily (Lilium Longiflorum), Tiger Lily (Lilium Tigrinum), Rubrum Lily (Lilium Speciosum) and the Japanese Show Lily (Lilium Lancifolium).


The reproduction of colours of our products are as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.


For most items you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However this does not apply to certain items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically to you. It also does not apply to perishable goods. Flowers are perishable goods and are therefore not included in the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period applicable to other goods under the distance selling regulations. This means that once placed, an order cannot be cancelled and the goods may not be returned.

Cancellations for flowers and plants can only be accepted if received 48 hours before the requested delivery date. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day. For practical reasons, flowers are non-returnable.

For your order to be processed and delivered on the required date, you must supply us with all the relevant details of the recipient including full delivery details.

Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. All orders made on allisonsflowers.co.uk are processed by Stripe or Paypal.

Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details if you enter a correct e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the Allison’s Flowers payment page and will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website on the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur due to systems failure. If this should happen or the VAT rate changes, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether or not you wish us to complete your order.


Fresh flower cancellations and changes are possible up to 48 hours prior to delivery however due to the perishable nature of many products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your products.

We guarantee seven days freshness for your flowers, plants or associated items from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, die or wilt within seven days of delivery please contact us at info@allisonsflowers.co.uk.

Flowers and Plants can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. For queries, phone 01698 793292. Any refunds will be processed and completed within 14 days.


We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if

– The price or description of the products was listed incorrectly due to a typographical error. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and refund any sum paid by you to your credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you. Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.


We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


Our Normal delivery service is between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Sat. Asking for outside these times cannot be guaranteed.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified can be given. To assist us in meeting your preference, please ensure your order is placed at least one working day prior to the preferred delivery time.

We will only guarantee a timed delivery on orders for funeral flowers when such orders are received 24 hours or more before the time of the service.

Full contact details of the customer, including the phone number, must be supplied on placing an order. Should there be a problem with your order you will be contacted as soon as possible.
